"I had gotten fed up with the ever increasing rates at Allstate albeit having never filed a claim in 7 years with them, and began shopping around. After trying some of those gimmicky sites that will “match” you with different options and getting tons of calls from less than professional insurance agents, I was contacted by Metreol O'Donnell from the Don Middleton Agency. He was the consummate professional and really put in some effort to get me real solutions and his rates were better than I previously had. Let’s be honest, I really had no attraction to State Farm, as I’m still holding a grudge from when they fired the GOAT Jake from State Farm (she’s a guy) who was wearing “khakis” and replaced him with a top 5 most annoying human on earth who spends a suspicious amount of time with patrick mahomes (the #1 most annoying person on earth), but Metreol O’Donnell was enough to overcome even all that! I literally switched because of him. If you’re in the market for insurance, don’t short yourself by not calling Metreol. You’ll either be glad you did or sorry you didn’t. I mean it."

"My car was towed 3 weeks ago using State Farm Roadside Assistance. The tow truck driver lost my keys which resulted in $1,000 in damages. Called Don Middleton State Farm, spoke to Deja who told me it would be covered "no problem". 48 hours later, I received an email stating that State Farm could not cover the cost of my lost keys when I had been paying for roadside assistance for the entire term of my agreement."

"The billing was an enormous problem. There was a disconnect between agent and billing department. I’d rather pay more than have State Farm billing issues every month. I received cancellation notices (3) times within 6 months. I had to go. Agent told me one thing then billing dept would say something else. Too much of a communication disconnect. I tried with you guys…. Good luck!"
